The UK prestigious Ca stanley cup mbridge University is mulling scrapping an over 800-year-old practice of handwritten exams in favour of using laptops or iPads due to the deterioration in students ; handwriting. A growing reliance on laptops has led to students writing becoming increasingly illegible, academics said. The move would see an end to more than 800 years of tradition after students increasingly chose to use laptops to take down lecture notes. Cambridge University has now launched a consultation on the topic as part of its digital education strategy, having already piloted an e stanley cup xam typing scheme in the History and Classics faculties earlier this year, The Telegraph reported.Dr Sarah Pearsall, a senior lecturer at Cambridge History Faculty who was involved with the pilot earlier this year, sai mizuno d that handwriting is becoming a lost art among the current generation of students. Fifteen or twenty years ago students routinely have written by hand several hours a day but now they write virtually nothing by hand except exams, she told the daily. As a faculty, we have been concerned for years about the declining handwriting problem. There has definitely been a downward trend. It is difficult for both the students and the examiners as it is harder and harder to read these scripts, she said.Pearsall said that an increasing number of scripts are having to be transcribed centrally, meaning that students with Htmg Two astronauts, cosmonaut return from five-month ISS mission

Scientists from Keimyung University in South Korea have developed a new algorithm that may help select the proper size of a power-to-gas P2G system more efficiently in areas with high PV power penetration rates. They explained that building P2G facilities may reduce PV curtailment, while improving grid stability and increasing PV acceptance rates. They also noted that the propos stanley cup ed algorithm adopts the point of view of policymakers, as it looks more into maximizing the penetration of PV systems into the grid, and less into actual costs. We are currently considering expanding the model to account for financial aspects such as initial investment costs, operational and maintenance costs, and anticipated return on investment, the research s lead author, Yeong Geon Son, told pv magazine. Through such expansions, we anticipate being able to more accurately assess the overall financial value and efficiency of PV-P2G projects. In the study Systematic planning of power-to-gas for improving photovoltaic acceptance rate: Application of the potential RES penetration index, which was published in Applied Energy,聽the Korean group聽emphasized that the new algorithm can also benefit independent power producers, as it can help them achieve a more stanley cup precise knowledge of the capacity for their P2G system, which in turn might prevent overestimation of the system size needed, thus saving money for the investors. In the proposed sy stanley cup stem configuration, the P2G system is
